Terms of Use & Space Rental

1. Venue Rental & Reservations
Space reservations at Primsa Storiesya are confirmed upon verification of date availability, acceptance of booking estimates, and payment of the agreed rental deposit. All events must adhere to the reserved time slot to ensure seamless transition for subsequent bookings.
2. Facility Usage & Audio-Visual Equipment
Clients are provided access to high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, audio-visual gear, studio microphones, lighting rigs, and furniture as per their booking package. Equipment must be operated in accordance with on-site technician instructions.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Event rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the booking date are accommodated subject to slot availability without penalty. Custom cancellation policies will be detailed in your formal reservation confirmation.
4. Code of Conduct
Primsa Storiesya is a collaborative creative sanctuary. Organizers and attendees are expected to respect fellow creators, community guidelines, and local noise regulations.
